Jose is very sweet and professional. I walked in on my lunch break with somewhat of an extensive request. And was taken care of so quickly. Everything was explained thoroughly and he was just very helpful.

The worst bank I ever had!!!! I've been with them for over 4 years. You think it would get better as yours go on but somehow it gets worse every time! Very upsetting and unprofessional. They're always saying one thing and doing another and they love wasted gas.and they don't want to help. As soon as you get a loan with them they screw you over.... And don't matter if u are goin through a lot or not! They ain't here to help
