Customer service is always slow. Drive-through window is the worse, you sit there without being acknowledged for 15 or more minutes
Jose is very sweet and professional. I walked in on my lunch break with somewhat of an extensive request. And was taken care of so quickly. Everything was explained thoroughly and he was just very helpful.
