I was running late to my appointment after waiting months for it and apparently their policy is 12 minutes so my appointment was canceled and they have no dates till December to see this mediocre dentist. I’m switching practices all together I’ve had just about enough of this bs. Not to mention they always catch you with some type of copay. Last time I was there they charged me $25 for some “special mouthwash” they used, that THEY recommended. I’m over it!

Called to reschedule my appointment for 08/27 and the receptionist goes “yeah well the soonest date is in December” then follows up with “i have 10:30am on the 9th if you need something sooner.” Why not offer that first? The receptionist here aren’t trained in customer service and go out their way to give you a hard time.

That older white receptionist with the glasses is so disgusting, nasty attitude everytime. It’s an office job it shouldn’t be so debilitating for her.

I went here for a couple cavities a few years ago and had an experience that still bothers me to this day, as a person who worked front desk at a different dental office not too far away. I was already in a room, in the chair, and one of the male dentists was asking me the typical first appointment questions, but I could already tell he had an ego or an attitude or something. Then he asks if I have any allergies, and I tell him that I'm allergic to penicillin, which IS important to know in case he found an infection and need... read more
