So glad I tried this service. My rug had been through a lot with kids and pets, and I honestly didn’t think it would clean up this well. They came out, explained the price clearly, and within a week had it back to me looking like new. The pickup and delivery were super professional. Honestly felt like they took care of everything for me. Couldn’t be happier.
