When my wife and I pulled up to our unit, there was a lock, a can koozie and a Valley Storage key ring waiting for us inside. Also, since I'll be moving to the area, I chose this storage business over another business because this location is woman-owned. EDIT Oct 15, 2026: I have since moved out about 1 and 1/2 years ago because rent was high, but this of course was when it was Valley Storage. My review may be outdated.
Thanks for your help updating my account. It was quick and easy.
I have auto payment and every month I have to call to have my account paid and charged a late fee. Attempted to call to day none of the numbers are correct nor the email or the text options. Someone responded they changed owner ship and there was no forwarding information. Trying to reach this company is next to impossible.
