Taylor R. Went out of her way to be very helpful. She was charming and informative. It is comforting to know that there are such helpful people working at the front desk.
Great experience so far. Got a unit closer to where we were by accident so that was convenient. And their receptionist was awesome she was very informative had great communicated skills and got us in and out very quickly or unit was clean and actually bigger than I was expecting. It was also nice being able to make a reservation because I only had one unit left and I desperately needed it The lady on the phone was very informative as well with great customer service, and Was able to hook us up.
Excellent customer service from local staff!
Great customer service on call. Hard to find a human voice on the other end of the phone nowadays. Think there is and always will be value in that. Appreciate it.
