Guy subbing in was extremely helpful and helped me get reset up as a customer and helped me take advantage of the christmas booking discount. Glad to be renting a space from them again.
The management at this location go above and beyond. Bethany and Christy are excellent at customer service and will go out of their way to accommodate you and help you in every way possible. I've had a unit there for 5 years and they are both so excellent and professional that I recommend them to everyone I know. The property is excellently maintained and clean and secure. I recommend everyone use the Lexington Valley Storage for any of their storage needs. They're the best!
The leasing process was quick and simple. I ended up getting into my new unit in on a matter of minutes. Very much he appreciated. The pricing and options were reasonable abd within my budget.
