This was the cleanest place I’ve ever seen and staff were very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of storing items here if moving temporally or need extra space to store household and miscellaneous items. Cannot say enough about this storage facility. They are the best I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen a lot of storage units in my past. You definitely feel safe storing your stuff here and you know your stuff as well. Taken care of without worrying about anything.
Michelle provided excellent customer service. She was able to answer all our questions and was very friendly. She made the process very easy and enjoyable.
The ladies at the front desk are exceptional. Always have been so kind and easy to work with and accommodate as much as they can. Upper management keeps raising the rates and fluctuates all over. I have been a member for several years now and they don’t take care of the folks that have been giving them business for the longest time. Highly recommend to shop elsewhere.
The 2 ladies that assisted us were absolutely amazing, friendly, and answered all of our questions and concerns.
