Constantly going up on rate and i never got my first month free as advertised.
Rented the size unit that I wanted, bought a set of matching weather-proof locks, and didn't even have to go in to initiate my contract. E-signed everything contactless- Easy-peasy!! Oh, and when I opened my unit, there were a few cute door prizes; though instead of the snazzy fridge magnet chip clip, I would have liked a pair of ink-friendly key fobs to put the spare keys on.
