I've been here 3 times and tasked with contacting the Production Manager at NE-XT technologies when services are required... he hangs up in my face when I ask him about service. I don't know what is his issue is but when you run a company and a driver needs basic information, someone who hangs up in their face is not a good look for the company. I am not rude, discourteous or aggressive when I speak so that's not the issue. Something as basic as, "hello, I'm here to pick up." gets a hang up.

Pay well but don't use people to there potential. Also owner/ president feels it's ok to send a company email out calling anyone unwilling to vaccinate a special kind of stupid. People should not be belittled for personal medical choices just because of a different view. Unprofessional. Company communications is outdated. High turn over. Recently laid of alot of staff.
