Needed a last minute appointment, booked in quickly, doctor was awesome (Jonathan) and I’m fixed, thanks team.
Good experiences with the doctors making you feel looked after and comfortable, however, this practice I have had to change Dr three times in the last year and a half, since they have doctors come and go. One particular receptionist is passive aggressively rude, and treats customers condescendingly, always slams the phone down on the hook after talking to you like you are a five year old. Dr Simon is a true expert with extensive experience, care and listening attitude. He gives relevant and permanent cure. Highly recommend
Dr Simon Chong made it perfectly clear he no longer wanted me as a parient & basically showed me the door as he didn't like prescribing my anxiety medication that other Doctors at the clinic had no problems prescribing for me in the past.He even advised me on methods to use to approach other Doctors eg Check Up before asking for my medication.I then received a letter advising me to contact Dr Chong regarding my blood test,kater I recieved another regestered letter again advising me to contact Dr Chong stating the results whe... read more
Such an amazing practice. Super friendly staff very polite and helpful receptionist. Very knowledgable doctor who assisted above and beyond with my needs and made me feel very comfortable.
