Typically go here for small things, and have always been greeted by a super sweet young man that speaks good English. The last couple times I stopped by for tire related things I was helped by some older guys who can't speak much English. This time was pretty frustrating. I parked over by the bay doors, they put a new tire on a rim for me, I said thank you and he said to "pay in office." Came in for a tire change, left with that, an alignment and a diagnosis of other issues related to my steering system. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Everyone exudes competence and kindness, which makes the experience much less stressful. This is now and continues to be the shop I will recommend that others use.
