Five-star service at Valley Springs Tire and Auto Repair. They did an excellent job with tire mounting, balancing, and alignment. The work was fast, precise, and done right the first time. Staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. Prices were fair and the quality of service exceeded expectations. My vehicle drives smooth and straight again. Highly recommend them for anyone needing tire or alignment work! Will definitely be returning.
Typically go here for small things, and have always been greeted by a super sweet young man that speaks good English. The last couple times I stopped by for tire related things I was helped by some older guys who can't speak much English. This time was pretty frustrating. I parked over by the bay doors, they put a new tire on a rim for me, I said thank you and he said to "pay in office." Came in for a tire change, left with that, an alignment and a diagnosis of other issues related to my steering system. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Everyone exudes competence and kindness, which makes the experience much less stressful. This is now and continues to be the shop I will recommend that others use.
