I wish I hadn't waited to visit. I had a 30 minute tension relief massage. Just 5 minutes after I feel so much improvement. I will be back!
I have been having headaches for the last couple of weeks, and started to suspect they were caused by tight neck and shoulder muscles. I made an appointment for a 30-minute tension relief massage on short notice, and I'm so glad I did. I store a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders, and had not realized the negative effects it was having on the rest of me. Valley Springs is going on my regular rotation for self-maintenance.
Enjoyed getting mani/pedi with my girls! We also relaxed in the Halotherapy salt room while waiting. The staff was very sweet and accommodating to get us ready for the beach!
Last minute Tension relief massage this morning! Amazing!!! Shannon is wonderful and hit all of the sore spots. I will absolutely be back!
Had a great day at the spay with the ladies of Valley Springs! Thank you so much for a wonderful day! Had the best massage I've had in a decade! and the Skin Treatments have made my skins 5 years younger in just one session! Couldn't recommend them more highly!
