The wash has no physical agitators at all. I spent $20 and still found bugs and pine pitch on the roof.
That place is clean
Went through the car wash with some mud on my running boards and the front bumper and grill covered in bugs. it did an ok job cleaning the car but did not remove the mud from the running boards or the bugs on the bumper and grill. Had to go to a self serve pressure wash stall to get the car cleaned. I went to a different car wash because I was not going to give anymore money to Valley Springs Car Wash. I paid for a premium car wash and ended up having to wash it again myself.
