This review is long overdue! Dr. Duncan is truly a caring and attentive provider. My family and I travel over an hour to see her because we trust her medical judgment and the time she takes to truly listen. Several of my family members and friends who live locally are also her patients. Even when I haven’t been feeling my best, Dr. Duncan has always been patient, thorough, and ensures I feel heard. very unprofessional and never answer the phone, always ask to leave a voice message to get a call back, never receive a call back. when they finally pick up the phone, they do so with an attitude, can't even get a refill, on bp medications that is actually important, pharmacy send refill request after refill request never gets an answer. Do not get there.
The absolute best Doctor’s I have ever have the pleasure of being taken care of by. I will always be grateful for both the Medical Dr. K. Duncan & Eye Dr. S. Duncan. Let’s get to the staff which I always have them laughing at my jokes hands down my best Comedic audience. I take great pleasure in referring and and future patients here as I know that they actually take care of you with a Midas touch with kindness & love. Thanks for being my please for my health care.
