I have had this company assist with many issues related to our aging tank and drain field. They have always come up with a solution, are timely in their ability to help, and reasonable in the cost of services. Technicians and office staff are friendly.
I've used this company twice - May 2017, and Sept 2022. I would not recommend using this company to repair your septic system unless either they installed it or you are very familiar with your own system. May 2017, high-level alarm on sand filter. Cause - burned out effluent pump. They replaced the pump and the next day I got another high-level alarm. When I disconnected the pump discharge to the drain field, I very abruptly discovered that the pump discharge was very pressurized! I called a competing septic company, and the... read more
Great customer service. Educated me about septic systems and didn't try and sale me something. I appreciated everything that was done to repair our system and highly recommend them to anyone needing their septic pumped or repaired.
