I was referred to Andy by a good friend who bought from him several years ago. We went into the business and learned so much from Andy, he told us how to compare pool tables, what to look for, etc. We left and did just that, lots of research later I gave him a call. We LOVE our pool table – We recently bought a Brunswick pool table from Valley Spas & Billards. I was reluctant after reading the one bad review, but after meeting Andy on several occasions I was reassured that he was an honest salesman. We went forward with the transaction and we are so pleased that we did. Andy was able to work with us on all the accessories and gave us a cash discount. I got screwed – I bought a pool table from them and after it was delivivered I noticed that it the rails were damaged. I don't know how when or why, just that they were damaged. When I called them, they called my a liar and said that the table was not damaged when delivered. I have no way of getting it fixed, they won't warranty it and Won't fix it. The only thing I can do is let others know about the way they do business.
