On January 7th of this year my mother bought a hot tub to replace the previous one that my parents had owned for 25 years. As of last week- the first week of May the hot tub has completely malfunctioned and has become unusable. The owner of Valley Spa- Bill, is now giving them the run around and refusing to help even though they paid $6000 for it less than 5 months ago.
