Very professional and friendly staff.
Although the dental care itself is consistently good, today’s sign in process to update “your system” was archaic and beyond irritating!! In our age of technology, the simple question, “Has anything changed?” should have been sufficient input on my part for you to transfer my records to YOUR new system. But instead, you required me to sit and reiterate my entire medical history ( which is already on file) for your ease and convenience in recording it into your new system. THAT is poor practice!!
Great attention to detail!
Another thorough teeth cleaning by Michelle who keeps asking if I’m comfortable with minimal discomfort. Dr. Chen replaced a leaky filling and is a perfectionist with ensuring its smooth finish. If you can love a dental office, I have to say it’s Valley Smiles!
All the hygienists like Shauna, Michele are all awesome. I have been coming to valley Smiles for the last 7 odd years and they are always very pleasant and flexible with changes. Thankful for the amazing team at Valley Smiles! They won’t disappoint you.
