The administration at this facility is horrible! Trying to contact them by phone is an absolute nightmare. I tried called them three separate times last week (in addition to texting them), each time I was on hold for 30+ minutes. I spoke to three separate employees, they all assured me that my prescription for my CPAP machine was being sent to their supplier. I’ve been a patient for 3-4 years now. I didn’t write a review before because I couldn’t say anything kind about the NP. And writing an unfavorable review stressed me! The NP is no longer there and Melanie is currently replacing her. Melanie is a wonderful person. Theresa, the Inspire rep, is also very nice. Both these ladies are there to help and listen. They explain in layman terms. Together, they’’ll be an amazing team.
Hard to get hold of.
I was there last night for my sleep study and I absolutely cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful lady, Amber--- who did a fantastic job. She was kind, professional and just an all around wonderful person. I was a little worried because some of the reviews weren't great. It just reminded me that people can be loud for all the wrong reasons. I would recommend this place 10 times out of 10 for anyone who needs the services it provides. AMBER, YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR.
