From my initial contact, the experience has been laughably unprofessional. My doctor referred me for a home sleep study. The scheduler called and was incredibly rude. She asked for some specific medical info. When I answered one of her questions, she responded with, "Wow." I laughed and said, "Did you just say, wow?" She started backpedaling, "Uh, uh, no." I just did my sleep test last night here. I felt comfortable and was treated with empathy and respect. This place and their staff is amazingly professional. I have severe sleep apnea and honestly I can't live without these guys in my life to help me. I was worried about my life expectancy before I came here and now I feel refreshed knowing that there are things I can do to help my situation and tools to help me actually sleep.
This place was very well organized, the staff were well-trained to work with service animals, and the owner went above and beyond to make sure that I made my long-awaited appointment when Banner AHCCCS left me at home.
DO NOT GO THERE. I had my first sleep study done in late 2020 and my prescription was transferred to them for my machine and supplies, so I have tried to continue to deal with them sense. My prescription CLEARLY states, "the length of need of the above equipment/supplies will be for 99 mo/lifetime use." In 2023, when I needed a new machine, they claimed I needed a new prescription "because insurance requires it" which I don't believe was true, and they set me up with one of their providers, who of course, billed $$$.
