This was our first experience doing a sleep study and the process was smooth thanks to Cheyann. She was amazing and explained every step of the way!
Cheyann was very sweet and was alot of help to me last night and very pleasant to wake up to !!! 5 star all the way. Been to sleep centers before this is the best one ever the experience was very good
Cheyann, had outstanding customer service skills. He patience with my son my the experience unforgettable and at the same time made my son fill at ease.
One star is because I can't leave anything lower than that. Do not waste you time or money here. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Lauri already knows what happened, and your "vision" doesn't match up with your actions. You guys are quick to swipe someone's credit card but if there is an issue you run the other way. You guys put profits above people.
