I went in for a consultation with Dr. Michael Lepire after my primary doctor referred me for a new sleep study and machine, since I was previously diagnosed with both sleep apnea and restless legs syndrome (RLS). Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Horribly rude staff. I believe the one women who was the only nice person in the building was lady she had short blonde hair believe her name was Stacy. Rest were extremely rude and acted like they hate their lives and rude to their own staff. Tip, don’t work with people if you’re going to be rude the entire time. Need better personalities in the entire place. Places like this should not have people that act like that
I showed up 4 minutes late, i was directed to the wrong address in MAPS. I was then told i would need to rescheduled since my PPW was not filled out prior, which i received no warning on. "Lesley T" receptionist was rude, and showed no flexibilty to accomodate to alternate schedule for the day. I took time off work for this appointment and will never be coming back here. I am irritated because I had a follow up appointment today after a home sleep study. I got calls and texts asking me to confirm the appointment which I did. I did everything I was asked to do. I took time off work to return the device to the office between 8 and 10 am on Monday. I took time off work for today’s follow up appointment. I logged into zoom and nobody showed up.
