Buyer BEWARE!! They will force you to pay for stuff you do not need and can get cheaper elsewhere - even after they tell you that you can choose your package. They expect you to pay for it prior to selecting what you actually want. Tech Cheyann, she was super sweet, professional with my daughter, she have a lot patience with her, I recommend this place, and ask for Cheyann if you want a good sleep.
All the 1 star reviews are accurate. The customer service is horrible. Showed up 15 minutes early for an appointment and was asked if I had completed the on line form. I had not. The rudest receptionist in the history of reception then flipped a clipboard at me and said I had to fill out form manually BY THE APPOINTMENT TIME or would have to reschedule. We exchanged words and I left. The receptionist last words as I walked out was a very smug “ have a nice day”. I don’t think she meant it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!!!!!!
They dont care about your issue
The staff was very friendly and nice but from the start I did not like the location. They charged me $196. I thought I should’ve only been paying 50 or 60 she said you’re paying for the facility whatever that meant then when I met the doctor, he was not Enjoyable. He made me feel like I shouldn’t be going in there like what’s what’s my problem he’s not gonna be giving me medication when that’s not what I was asking for. I was just trying to get another sleep.
