Disappointing Experience Very nice people to work with, but they sub the jobs. The sub who did my home did a really terrible job - siding uneven, windows not caulked, sills not completely covered etc. - Valley said they'd make it right, but the only way to do that would be to remove the siding and start over again. They didn't do that! If they had severed connections with this sub, I would have confidence that future customers would not have this issue, but they didn't.
