The technician, Neil, was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had a new water heater put in within three hours. I was very pleased with the service I received! Thank you!
Furnace issues on Friday after Thanksgiving. Called in the morning and problem was fixed by early afternoon - ended up being a bad zone panel and damper motor.
