Joe confirmed appointment day before and was on time. He explained the freezer repair and was fast and the price was reasonable. We will call Joe for all our appliance repair needs.
Joe was punctual (and gave me a one-hour window that he’d be arriving in - amazing!), communicated well, and was able to fix my freezer easily. I was impressed that he was able to fix the issue so quickly and that the repair was so affordable. He was kind and professional. I’d recommend him to anyone.
Fast response and great communication. He fixed my dryer perfectly and was extremely patient with my unruly dogs. Will call him again for any other repairs.
