Exceptional company and workmanship. Could not recommend them highly enough
All good for a septic tank and absorption field inspection, as required by council. Good comms between us and council to keep all sweet. Had to come a fair way and their vehicle got quite muddy, but still pretty cheap, so thats good.
I had such a great experience. The people doing bookings were lovely and thorough — following up after a weather event changed the booking. Then Gavin attended and he was a delight. Super energetic, friendly, helpful — as a complete newbie, his rundown was super helpful and best of all, of course, he fixed things swiftly. 100% reccomend
Highly recommend!! Valley septics installed my system in 2019. An issue with the sand filter presented a couple of months ago which was no fault of Valley septics (Issue with sand grade from supplier) when I called the office to raise the issue they were very genuine and wanted to help. Once the problem was identified, Nick and the team travelled to the site and replaced the sand filter free of charge. They were very good at explaining the problem, and the process to rectify it.
