Great staff
Very good service and very friendly staff felt welcomed ...i would buy eqipment there anytime... had to get warranty on a Kohler 14hp engine that wasn't purchased there ... Valley Sales went above and beyond to help me ... Kohler was the big issue they were slow on warranty procedures but Valley Sales kept there cool even with my multiple question they always answered me and updated me politely Thanks again Valley you will see me certainly in the future 👍
Bought a new $800 Stihl chainsaw from this place and have had issues from day one. Ive brought it in for service twice to have it fixed and they keep saying its fine. Ive been using chainsaws for years and its not fine... I told them it wont start after its warmed up. They simply wont take the time to figure out the issue. And they never called me back to say my chainsaw was ready to be picked up. I would recommend staying away from this place.
