Had a great start to an install and service 1year ago , came back in the fall to a mess with new units freezing up , Had the tech come out to have a look and was told of a wrong install causing freezing issue , 6 months later find out poor quality equipment and paid full price for what I was told (TOP OF THE LINE ) Now replacing units !! FRAUD !!!

Called to make a formal complaint about the company's driving tactics on the freeway owner was very snobby and rude about about it owner asked me if I wanted the gentleman's number to go ahead and talk to him personally to tell him how I feel this is a road rage incident I'm not going to call anybody I'm not going to tell anybody how I feel about it, had my kid in the car and he attempted to murder us then flipped me off when I horned at him.
On New Years Eve my toilet was clogged and I had guests over, so I hoped on Google and I’m thankful I was able to find Valleys Best and they were able to get their plumber Anthony out quickly to fix the problem. They really saved the day, I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs.
