Was a fan of Valley RV, Tim in Service is a great guy that really tries to help. I went in for service today and after having called 2 weeks ago to get a waiting appointment for my furnace that wont kick on and stay on. We went through the trouble shooting with them 2 weeks ago, and it was determined that it is likely the board in the furnace which they have the part on hand. Purchased at Valley Supercenter in Kent, WA sight unseen. The vehicle was shipped to Anchorage without promised equipment - no starter kit, LP tank not upgraded to 30lb, no apparent PDI performed by dealer. After first outing two trim panels fell off and rear bath floor trim came undone. In repairing these items found drawer bottom panel became detached, 110V outlet stack in kitchen was not tightened, and bottom exterior stair tread had stripped screws causing the entire thread to be loose.
