Wanted to let fellow campers know what a horrible experience I had with their service department. I called 4 weeks ago to set up an appointment for 4 items to be serviced. The person answering the line informed me that they were 4 weeks out to get to me. I said I didn't mind waiting if they would get me done when I did bring it in.
