Very knowledgeable and willing to listen to you and ensure you get the camper that is right for you. We were looking for a slide in, our first of this type of camper. The mechanic, and shop lined us out with everything we'd need to add to our truck. Being in North Pole and had to make a run back down to get the camper. We were from out of state, and find a water leak! Yikes. Look up nearest repair from our KOA. Barry and the rest of the gang were so helpful, able to fit us in and fix the problem pretty quickly. Appreciate their expertise. Then before we could get out of the parking lot, a problem with pedistle for re- hook- up. Discovered that battery charge was good but bad connection with evidence of acid wear at terminal and at cable. Quick fix of cable and recommendation to find new battery and we were back to camp! We brought our Class B RV van in to have the water pump replaced. Everyone there was so helpful - from calling for authorization from the warranty company to installing and testing the pump. We were in and out quickly. We highly recommend them.

We called Valley RV about a fuse blowing issue in our RV. We drove from Tok, Brad and Wade were so nice to us. They worked us right in and fixed our problem. If you have an issue with your RV, this is the place to go! Hats off to you and thank you so much!
