Absolute joke. Premium prices at dirt cheap service. I only gave one star because I couldn’t score it in the negatives. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
Hidden Valley has been experiencing partial/full water outages multiple days a week since Christmas. Makes it nearly impossible to live normal lives when we never know if we’ll have water or not. Highly doubt any sort of credit will go out to residents to show any good faith either. VRUC is a joke
Anyone else wake up with no water this morning?! Again. This happens right after water being shut off for 6hrs during the week followed by two days of boil water advisories. I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve been in the middle of making dinner, showering, running dishwasher, and washing clothes and the water just shuts off! The time and money I have to spend rewashing things is ridiculous. Not to mention it has happened so often that we now have to purchase clean water from the store just to take care of our family. ... read more
Cannot count the number of times there have been water main breaks or water boil advisories. On top of that, our bill increased over $30 from last month. Total joke!
