We moved to the Cowans Gap area in October of 2024. My family and I are so happy with customer service and pricing compared to our old electricity provider. I want to thank everyone who works at Valley Rural Electric Cooperative. I see the men and woman working on the lines and who help keep traffic flowing while they do so in this area in preparation for the winter to come. I must say the office ladies are very polite, helpful ladies. Great people skills. I moved from Lancaster and she was even recommending a few nice places in the area. Not sure with prices yet cause my bill is up and down. Will update. Great service so far
