very attentive and great customer service every time I've been there. Always recommend to my family and friends but unfortunately one of my friends had a very bad experience when she went to VRC. She was greeted with attitude and plain rudeness by 2 of the employees. She was told to go another day as they were going to start getting ready for a yoga class... my friend bough her shoes elsewhere.
