Olive Tree Management owners came in Sept 2019. They have hiked up the rent renewals by as much as $700/m putting a lot of people out. This means that a modest income of about $40k a year ago got you in and now you need to be making 6 figures to afford the rent. If most tenants made 6 figures they’d live in a 400k single family home. Also, Olive Tree is based out of NJ where they have rental increase laws of a 5% max. There are rent cost differences among same models. The renovated models are shoddily done. Late fees and evi... read more

I am a senior citizen and have lived here for 5 years. I retired a year ago this past July on a fixed income now my rent has gone up $240. I don’t have the money to move so it looks like I’m going to be living out of a cardboard box soon. There has to be some sort of laws that protect renters especially seniors. I’ve also had a hole in my kitchen ceiling since last February and every time I call I’m told someone will be out to fix and no one ever shows up.

I'm a current tenant and haven't fixed anything since the new owners took over in March or April. My rent was 1050 for three bedrooms, they want to raise it to 1800 when my lease is up. I haven't had central air all summer among alot of other major problems.

New Owners took over at valley run apartments! They raised the rent sky high 3 to 400 more dollars and they don't care who they hurt at all! No laws to protect the renters! The law is for the landlords! They knowingly have done this because people can't find a cheaper place to move into with such a short amount of time they give you! The new owners don't care about anything only the money they want from you! It says on there website they care about there residents which is a bunch of crap! These people are cruel, heartless, ... read more
