I will preface that the hair cut I recieved was not a bad cut, but it was not what I asked for. There was little to no conversation about my hair type, or questions from the hairdresser in regards to what I was looking for, any suggestions or concerns. BEWARE! Payton, the owner, is unprofessional, and money hungry. When I started going over 2 years ago, I was guaranteed that I'd be able to achieve the white platinum that I'd been vying over. I was assured there was a process and that it would eventually come into a beautiful white. A little over a year of my progress and I walked away with YELLOW. Not barely tinted, it was yellow.
