Terrible experience with billing. Error after error with using my insurance on file. My insurance said that this bill will be covered by them when it is properly sent over. I've contacted Valley Roots MULTIPLE times to get this fixed. Apparently that wasn't enough, and the bill was threatened to be sent to debt collection. It was finally fixed after 2 months of notices and calls.
Christina Jepperson is an amazing APRN. She is understanding and effective at medication management and takes time to understand her patients.
I have been very fortunate and blessed to have had Dr Benson as my OB. As someone who suffers with anxiety, he always knew how to speak to me with words of wisdom and kindness. He delivered both of my babies and I just Loved my whole time and experience there with both of my pregnancies. I always felt heard and safe. Thank you so much Dr. Benson and staff.
