Very caring doctors and bulk-billing available
I can't recommend Valley Road Medical Centre more highly. Both the ladies at reception and the doctors are exemplary. On Monday afternoon I suffered a very bad fall and injured my back. The pain was excruciating because I have a chronic spinal disease. I called reception inquiring as to if I could receive a phone consultation for a prescription for pain medication. I am not sure how business there is but I could see the patient is less crowd then before.
My goodness some of the reception staff need to learn some basic manners and phone talking operations! Absolutely appalling how I’ve been spoken to the last few visits here!! I can tell how much you hate your job over the phone and to be just grunted at when I come into the centre!
