I am not sure how business there is but I could see the patient is less crowd then before.
My goodness some of the reception staff need to learn some basic manners and phone talking operations! Absolutely appalling how I’ve been spoken to the last few visits here!! I can tell how much you hate your job over the phone and to be just grunted at when I come into the centre!
