I would not recommend this funeral home , the man who came to pick up my loved one was an older man struggling trying to transfer my father and when I told him to be careful he said come over here and do it yourself , how about that. He was very rude and unprofessional and shouldn’t be working with people who passed away because they have no respect no morals no ethics no values!

When my brother died, I was recommended to Valley Ridge by a family member. The people that assisted me did a very professional job in getting everything arranged. They guided me in every step to ensure that there would be a smooth process. Valley Ridge made sure all the required paperwork was completed and they kept in constant contact with me so I wouldn't miss anything. Very unprofessional, not open on weekends to accommodate unexpected family needs since death can occur anytime. They will hold bodies if no paperwork and payment.

Do not recommend. Huge mistake with our mother. They received the wrong person, and if the mortician did his exam when she arrived on Tuesday, it would have been caught. Our mother was instead cremated on Wednesday morning. Valley Ridge waited 24 hours to exam, then embalmed the wrong person and realized his mistake. Called the original mortuary to confirm. He did not call us to see if they could help in anyway because of their negligence... we had to call them after the services to see about the amounts we had paid. Their r... read more
