I just talked to this Mental Health facility because I was curious as to why 2 people left 1 Stat reviews and the rest were 5 star reviews. I spoke with a very nice lady that explained there services clearly. I've come to the conclusion that that 2 bad reviews were somewhat out of line. I gave them 5 stars.
I've been going to mental health places all my life. Most I've had bad experiences at. I recently moved here and gave them a call on a bad day asking for services. I was greeted with kind and calming voices and some awesome ladies who understood the help I needed. This place has out done all of the places I've been too.
will consistently reschedule all if not most of your appointments. terrible place to seek mental health services. there is only one counselor and she cant/wont do her job. huge joke if you ask me.
I've been going here for a long time. I would 100% recommend them. They have a lot of resources that can help you.
