I have experience with another Dentist before, and I should say that I liked Valley Ridge a lot. They explained everything that they are doing and they make sure that all procedures will be based on what you need and budget.
Dr. Johnson and her team do a fantastic job. They explain things so thoroughly, honor your appointment time, and are gentle yet effective. I would never go anywhere else!
Greedy, told me I needed 4 cleanings per year upon the first visit. I had been told by the hygienist that they are not out scamming people and that the owner doesn’t need the money to go buy a new boat? Lol ok red flag #1. Had nothing positive to say about my oral health leaving me feeling defeated. Made a comment about my lower teeth potentially falling out because of my bone health.
