I never complain. I brought my trailer in for a new axel. They measured it wrong and ordered the wrong size. When I brought up my concern. I was yelled at. I was then told it would be taken care of with no mention of cost. Two weeks later, I was called and told that I owed $1200 and he would only accept cash. Honestly, not worth the headache. Couldn't have been a worse experience. One star because 0 is not an option.

We are from Kimberley BC and coincidentally have had electrical problems with our truck/30' holiday trailer near North Battleford both last and this year. Last year a local RV dealer we contacted suggested we call Valley Ridge for help and did so. Not only did they accommodate us right away, they identified and fixed our problem within an hour. This year with a different electrical problem, I called them direct while travelling and they suggested I try a few things first and if that didn't work, to bring it in. Didn't work s... read more
