Dirty there’s “rules” but I guess only applies to whoever they want to apply it to I lived at 238 Cst and the red house next door has to have the most disrespectful people there and also DIRTY they always has trash towels on the floor I got A warning about trash and called to ask what and they couldn’t answer what the trash was and it’s a $200 fine while everyone’s yards look terrible we filed complaints against the red house neighbors because they repeatedly used my yard as their dogs restroom and never picked it up and my ... read more
