I don't agree we should get lawn care charge of 40 dollars year round when in the fall and winter we don't get serviced and the lawn people always leave alot of leaves and garbage piled up on the bottom of my porch or next to.. Also Corporate raises the rent but does not invest in the actual home. They invested in the pool but also the pool is always closed and when is open alot of people come that dont even live here ..ive seen many cars come and go every time i take my kids to the pool ..ive seen people take photos and inv... read more

Review for valley ridge I recently experienced the best customer service on February 27, 2026 Carlos help us find the best home he new what suite our best for our income and for us it was the best experience. He found us a beautiful trailer home really happy… The best part he made us feel welcome with his great attitude . These aspects really stood out great guy. Really professional. Overall Rating: 5 stars. I would highly recommend him great experience.
