If you are looking to purchase a property from this company be very cautious. I am currently repairing a property they flipped in Bristol after finding water damage they buried under 1 1/2" sub flooring and linoleum, poorly installed tile that is not level, cracked, and poorly grouted. Whomever did the repairs deliberately tried to hide substantial water damage in the kitchen and bathroom to get this house "market ready".
