Great services, so this review hopefully doesn’t reflect poorly on the business itself, but one of their employees, Caidon, is spreading racist dialogue on social media. Most recently he posted on the death of an Indian-Canadian man, referring to him as an “invasive species” and saying things like “I don’t want to live amongst Indians”. I would hate for opinions of their staff to reflect poorly on the business, as Ottawa, a very multicultural community, is just down the road essentially. Great prices and service on Stihl. Tons of Milwaukee gear, every single bolt you can imagine significantly cheaper than large hardware store. Staff is knowledgeable. There is an organized chaos vibe to it! Decent prize on rentals too
