Rented a lift to be picked up at 8 am the guy was running late that we sent to pick it up. Valley Rental decided not to call us to inform us that they have another guy that wants to the lift and to ask if we were coming to pick up the lift. We understand we were late but call us to let us know that you were renting out the lift to someone else instead of us traveling a hour to get it and showing up to no lift.
