horrible experience. came in after being told to by another clinic, and the two ladies that i spoke to were the most invalidating i have ever encountered. they continuously said i needed to see my primary, even after i explained that i dont have one and am waiting to get in with one. wont be coming back again.
The nurse was wonderful, but the guy that came in to see me was insulting and superiorist. He explained to me the same thing 7 times acting as if I had not heard the first time, completely disregarded my concerns and told me my request was impossible until my condition progressed. Avoid this place if seeking preventative treatment, they don't prevent, they wait until you've progressed (atleast whatever provider I had). You have to suffer before this guy will treat you. I have always had a good experience and love the availability of these services. Trying to see a primary care provider in a timely manner can be a nightmare.
