Would give one but the first person I saw was excellent, I was in and out within an hour. Now for the negative, the second person i saw had horrible bedside manner, made me feel awful for coming in and explained everything to me three different times acting like I didnt understand when I expressed that I did, basically blamed me for my health issues and overall was very rude. From the moment they came in they had a snarky tone and acted better than me
Most the time I have to go here its good and not much of a wait time but it really depends when you go and who you get. I have been before and a female nurse was pretty rude to me but I have also been another time when I had a male nurse and he was honestly the best, most helpful and nice nurse ive probably ever had. So overall it's kind of a hit or miss on who you will get and I have had other people tell me the same thing.
Do yourself a favor, save time and money. Go anywhere else. Spent 3 hours there on a Friday. Made sure I didn't need the emergency room. Told they sent referral to vascular. Monday afternoon, i called to see where the referral was sent. They couldn't confirm one was even sent, nevermind where. Told to go to emergency room. Went to Dartmouth because I have zero faith in valley regional anything now. I'm not paying for their incompetence. They can file my bill under their most likely big "oops, we screwed up" category.
When I was sick and couldn't breathe, I did t want to go back to the emergency room and it was a weekend. I went here and I was taken care of better than I ever have been anywhere else. I was given treatment, kindness and compassion. The nurse practitioner went above and beyond to make me well. I was so sick and scared and I left feeling like I had a safe place to go and get help when I needed it. I didn't even have insurance at the time and it didn't matter. I was given the best care possible.
