extremely swollen face and jaw out of nowhere, i came to the hospital twice and got dismissed both times, when i called to let them know i don’t think it’s being handled properly and i should probably be admitted they said “okay” and that’s it. they do not care about your health or well being what so ever. save your time from going to this hospital especially in an emergency you probably won’t make it with their attitudes.

Having been to different emergency rooms throughout the province in my lifetime. Mostly Halifax Area. This emergency room, was the best experience I have ever had having to go to a hospital. I was treated well, taken seriously, cared about and treated like a person who matters rather than an inconvenience or number. The staff were much friendlier and the wait times were way less. Was in today for an infected foot ulcer check. Staff was amazing. Short time to wait. Had blood work and X-ray s done within 1/2 hour. I love how the staff have adapted to an increase of ER patients. Utilizing smaller rooms/chairs for quick assessment on less severe patients. First time being seen by Dr J MacNiel. Very nice guy.
