I visited valley regional today with extreme knee pain waited almost 6 hours the other patients who came after me all of them see doctor l am the only one waited in the emergency room for 6 hours l checked the front desk staff about this she said you did know about the others conditions l used wheel chair l told her l am in severe pain she was in rude behaviour l did not see the doctor after 6 hours really disappointed with the emergency room patient care l left home after 6 hours of long wait time without seeing doctor felt... read more

This hospital sucks. You’ll wait for hours and they won’t even see you. I would burn it down if I could it’s a waste of my tax money and everyone else’s.

Well here is my story...I left nl. to come to Waterville for my granddaughters grade 12 graduation...ended up at valley regional hospital with severe pains in my side....was at the emergency department in less than a minute they started in to see what the problem was ....turned out I had an 8 mm kidney stone that had to be operated on ...had surgery and it was successful...all the nurses and doctors and staff were the most professional people I had ever met...I can only remember the name of the Dr.Himmelman ,thank you and th... read more

Visited Emerg. on June 26 with ex tensive skin lacerations on my forearm. In 2 hr. I saw 6 caregivers, had wound cleaned and bandaged, was given materials for a replacement dressing, and clear instructions on care of wound. Thank you emerg. staff for your thorough and quick care.
