If this was the last hospital on earth I still wouldn’t go. Thanks for misdiagnosing my daughter and prescribing her medicine she never actually needed. If I could give negative stars I would.

I don't even know where to begin with how horrible this hospital is. I know people personally who was handed discharge paperwork, got home, went to read their discharge notes only to find out it was paperwork for an entirely different person. Not quite sure how you can mix up people thay badly when they aren't even the same gender. Personally lost family members due to this hospital's negligence. I have been to the ER twice within the last two months and sent home. The doctors said nothing was wrong and told me to follow up with a PCP. According to their Diagnostics Department, they should have provided a cd with a copy of my X-Ray and CT scan. They should have at least advised me that I could request a copy. They didn’t even provide a copy of my labs. Their patient portal doesn’t provide significant information, and apparently, as part of Dartmouth- Hitchcock, it is going to take at least 3 years to merge their reco... read more

Don't like this hospital at all but sadly it's been my only choice to go to wait is always 1 hour if not more one time my son bashed his face off of the cement and was still bleeding after making the 20min walk there and sat in the waiting room for 5 hours as they called people in for upset stomaches or a little splinter plus it also lacks resources like rides for people that took the ambulance and no way home I got an ambulance ride with my 4 month old I have asked for them to find me a ride home but instead of that I am be... read more

Luckily, I have not had to visit the emergency room often. Every time that I have had to go however, the doctors and nurses are so friendly, respectful and professional. I was there last night and every nurse that worked with me was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. My doctor, Dr. Nadeem was wonderful. I wish all doctors were as kind as he is.
