To have workers that live in the area and when you call say it’s over $200 for a service call is absolutely ridiculous. I’m interested in a heat pump myself and I’ll never call just because of the amount they want for a service call.

This company is nothing short of highway robbery! After spending over $17,000.00 to install an air exchanger and heat pump (for which we supplied the heavy electrical cable ourselves but never got credited any money for it) I needed to request a follow up visit because the thermostat wasn't working properly. They sent a very nice young apprentice however he was unfamiliar with the system so he was unable to help but they had no issue sending us a bill for $250.00!!!! As a company operated for 50 years with expertise in refrigeration, they spent 5 hr to change a door roll for my Pepsi cooler, which is the simplest part of the fridge repair. The job started in Jan and finished in May. I called them to negotiate about the labour charge, the lady in the call keep saying "You need paid the full amount, otherwise it will go to collection". Terrible service, unprofessional technician, they just want your money.
