This business NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE!! I’ve been getting a busy tone for 2 days now!! I honestly feel as if they are intentionally taking the phone of the hook to avoid incoming calls. I’m so angry right now!
The male x-ray guy was very unprofessional. Myself, all the lobby, and the front desk women watched him throw a tantrum because he was in a bad mood. The front desk women were all nice and professional, but I could tell they were embarrassed by his behavior. He would come out with an annoyed face on, call a guest, and if they didn't IMMEDIATELY answer, he would skip them and not go back even though the patient had been waiting over 3 hours to be seen.
