The male x-ray guy was very unprofessional. Myself, all the lobby, and the front desk women watched him throw a tantrum because he was in a bad mood. The front desk women were all nice and professional, but I could tell they were embarrassed by his behavior. He would come out with an annoyed face on, call a guest, and if they didn't IMMEDIATELY answer, he would skip them and not go back even though the patient had been waiting over 3 hours to be seen. PET scan was scheduled on the Escondido office, not the Poway office as I was told. I verified the office info when a staff member called me a couple of days prior. Had I not decided to travel up to the other location when the Poway office was still locked 15 minutes after the appointment time the PET scan wouldn't have been able to be done.
Kristen was my ultrasound tech. She did an excellent job. Thanks for the laughs as well!
They don't answer their phone and when we finally st up an appointment they said show up early at 6:15 and then they will see me at 6:45 but when we showed up it was closed. Come to find out closing time is 5:00. What kind of person sets this up? How unprofessional and rude and just mean when this appointment is urgently needed. May all who were involved be shown the same courtesy as they have shown me in life when they are in need.
